1. FOR TEACHER INSTRUCTION

If any teacher who is teaching on our platform to the students, pays any amount or scan any code which is sent by either student Or any parents, company will not be liable for any such fraudulent activities.

Company never asks any teacher to scan any scanner code. After Demo, teacher have to take address proof from Students, and for further classes, the student have to make the payment. And for payment share the UPI and Bank details of your only. Be alert from Scammers.

2. Student Fees

Every tutor have to take maximum 2 classes only after the Demo if the student is not able to pay the fees. If any teacher is have any problem related to Fees, then they have to contact service dept. Or have to send a mail to info@gofortution.com and teacher will get the reply within 12 working hours.

3. Froud Teacher

If after taking the fees from student, any teacher if don’t provide classes, then company can take legal action against teacher.

If any student misbehave with any teacher, then teacher may forfeit the rest classes.

4. Refund Policy

Please clarify all your doubts with our representative, before making payment for any of the membership Plans.

You will be eligible for raise a refund after expiring your plan validity and no single lead received from our system.

Cancellation Policy

5. Registration Documents

Documents required For tutor registration: 1 Address Proof, Passport Size Photo, and Xerox copy of educational certificates.

Company will not share the above provided Documents to any other Third party. These are just for security purpose of the company.

6. SERVICE PROBLEM

If any student Or teacher have any kind of problem or have any problem or questions related to services, then they may send a mail to info@gofortution.com and they will receive the revert in 8 working hours.
